Kitchen trimmed out

It is getting closer and closer to getting completed. We had extra help this past Saturday.  Our friends RT & SM came over to help trim out some painting in the kitchen.  Mom said that she does not paint but you can see we put her to work also.  Her bathroom and bedroom is 3/4 completed.  I need to finish painting the trim work and painting her closet.  The back splash is completed in the kitchen.  Which is the old bead board from the closet that we took out.  It really came out nicely.   The Living Room is looking a bit bare.  Which is good, that means that one project is about done.  I went to the house Tuesday and painted the Laundry Room mint green.  I turned on music (Kenny Chesney) and worked.  It was nice to be at the old house by myself for a bit and painted and sung along with KC.  That is it for right now.  The contractor (RS) is done with Mom's room, now he is working on other projects.  My closet is going to have a 5 ft door opening instead of the old original door.  There will be more later.  Until later....

As you may be able to tell, Mom's bedroom and bathroom is getting a face lift now.  I painted both rooms a sand color.  She now has a closet with bi fold doors.  Her bathroom has her shower it is getting tile placed now.  In the kitchen Dave has finished the back splash.  I finished the bookcase and the painting of the new cabinet above the fridge.  Can't wait to get started again this weekend.  RT came over to help us work.  Thank you RT.  Neighbor came over, JL, for a bit to visit.  I will be so glad when we can get to the floors.  That is the last thing we will do.  See why I can't wait?  That's it for now.  Until later---
